Four of Ros’s six runners posted top 10 finishes at Great Witchingham over the Easter weekend.
Pencos Crown Jewel came closest to taking a win, just nudged in to second place in the Open Novice. Meanwhile Carpe Diem IV, previously campaigned by Piggy French who is out of competitive action this year, and Spring Ambition took 7th & 8th respectively in the same section; this was Ros’s first run with Carpe Diem.

Allstar B, who has been accepted by Badminton this year, jumped a good solid double clear in the Advanced Intermediate, Ros opting to keep her foot off the accelerator whilst still finishing 4th.
DHI Jura also jumped a double clear in the BE100Open, but Ros was taking it very steady on the pair’s first run together and the gelding’s first run for almost 12 months.
